Where do you ship to?
We will ship anywhere in the lower 48.
What carriers do you use to ship?
We offer free ground shipping via UPS or any LTL common carrier.
Can I ship on air freight?
We offer same delivery via SWA for any pump under 200lbs for the an additional $399.
Do you accept returns? What if the pump doesn’t work?
Returns will only be accepted for verified warranty issues as determined by our third party repair shop.
Common Installation Issues
- Use shim tool when coupling motor to pump
- Vent Air on top of pump through bleed fitting before start-up
- Check direction of rotation at start up
If you have any other coupling or installation questions, please contact us first before proceeding. Most pump failures are due to improper coupling and installation.
